  Normally visit this location but not so much anymore. Service has changed and not so friendly staff. CAN'T make a Latte it was a Milk shake. I wasn't bringing all the boy's to the yard. Just wanted a Latte. Yes I know take it back and fix it. When you pick up a to go order. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT.

  Food quality is consistent and is very pleasant to eat. Wait time can be slow at times. Convenient location.

  The service here is very personal. I don't go that often but I see the same people here almost every time I go and they are greeted by name, in a friendly manner. For being a franchise type establishment I'm quite impressed to observe this level of customer service. They also remember the orders of the regulars.
  
  Just goes to show that it's people and good principles that make the difference, not just the fact that something is a mom-n'-pop shop.
